**Slide 3.** Data slide. Day 1 answer fast. Day 3 add something useful. Day 7 close the loop.

**Slide 4.** Day 1: reply first, in plain words, with one clear next step.

**Slide 5.** Day 3: add value, not pressure.

**Slide 6.** Day 7: close the loop kindly, then stop.

**Slide 7.** Steps. Write the three messages, save them as templates, set reminders for day 3 and day 7, stop the ladder when they reply.
