**Slide 3.** Steps. Open your site on your phone, fill in the contact form like a customer, start a timer as you press send, watch your phone and inbox, write down what arrived and when.

**Slide 4.** Data slide. Minute 0 form sent. Minute 1 first reply out. Minute 5 your cut-off.

**Slide 5.** Nothing by minute five is the finding. Note where it stopped: form, inbox, phone or nowhere.

**Slide 6.** Fix the first gap, then run the same test again.
